Delete your account

Account deletion is only available inside the HiTai mobile app. You cannot complete deletion from this website. Follow the steps below if you want to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Where to find it in the app

1. Open the HiTai app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile screen (your personal / profile tab).
3. Under the Account section, tap Delete account.

Verification before deletion

After you start the delete-account flow, you must complete OTP (one-time passcode) verification. We send a verification code to your registered mobile number so we can confirm the request is from you. Enter the code when prompted.

When verification succeeds and you confirm deletion, your account will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
